Portrait of a man eyes. An Original sketch of an intense gaze of a gentleman behind glasses signed by the artist John D.Hertz ( American, 1948 ). The artist used charcoal on paper to draw his portraits of usually men with expressive looks. The drawing is finely framed in black with top glass, matted in black and signed by the artist. About Artist: John D. Herz - often styled as "Johnny Draw" ( American b.1948) is a Long Island-based portrait artist known for his detailed, photo-referenced pencil and colored pencil drawings. Starting his artistic career later in life after receiving drawing supplies as a gift in 2006, he focuses on, but is not limited to, the "Uncommon Man" series; a collection of portraits aimed at giving "a Face and a Name" to those who are less fortunate.  Framed Dimensions: 23" W x 16.5" H x 0.75" D
