This original vintage seascape oil painting, from the early 1940s, shows a sailing ship moving through dark waves under a cloudy sky. The deep blue sea, pale sky and distant ship give the piece a dramatic but timeless maritime look. The frame size is H 20.5 × W 24.5 in / H 52 × W 62 cm.
