About the Item

The still life is painted from life in a manner reminiscent of impressionism. All objects are depicted life-size. A bouquet of delicate purple phloxes in a white pot stands on the mirror surface of the window sill and is reflected in it against the background of a light reflection of the sky outside the window. The foliage of the tree growing behind it is visible in the window. We see it in backlight. In the gaps in the foliage, the sunlit wall of the house opposite shines. It is a hot summer day. The work is painted with a single layer of paint in the Alla Prima technique. The gallery presents Dmitry Yevtushenko, a professional artist who lives and works in Germany. Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Secondary Art School at the Surikov Institute and the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. In art, he prefers to follow the traditions of craftsmanship, multiplied by direct impressions from what he has seen and experienced. And never stops improving his craftsmanship and artistic language. Dmitry has participated in several dozen group and solo exhibitions in Russia and Germany. The artist's works are in private collections in the USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, etc. A number of portraits are in the collection of the A. A. Bakhrushin Theatre Museum. In 2007, the publishing house "White City" released a monograph with reproductions of his paintings in the series "Masters of Painting". The gallery guarantees the uniqueness and high quality of this work of art, confirmed by a certificate of authenticity. By purchasing paintings by Dmitry Evtushenko, you make a smart investment, as the price of his paintings is growing every year. The team of curators of the Art-S-Gallery.
