Miss Bugs Pill Lolly Pop Limited Edition Do No Harm PU pigmented resin, polished stainless steel lolly stick, and plinth for display Comes in original pharmaceutical packaging with COA Each piece is unique Strawberry scented sculpture that is a one of one. Miss Bugs is a British artist duo established in 2007, known for their brightly colored, provocative mixed-media works. Their paper works blend pop culture references and iconic art imagery in collage-like compositions, produced using techniques from stencil to screen-printing. More recent installation works incorporate eclectic materials like resin and syringes. This distinctive, attention-grabbing aesthetic reflects the pair’s belief in art as social commentary. For instance, their 2019 installation Do No Harm— 900 vivid popsicles made of resin embedded with surgical blades and other items—was a comment on the sinister nature of the pharmaceutical industry, and on consumerism more broadly. Miss Bugs have exhibited worldwide, including shows in London, Los Angeles, and New York.
