About the Item

The myth of Theseus and the Minotaur carries a profound philosophical narrative. It represents the struggle against the monster within – the battle with one's own dark side. Wandering through the labyrinth of the mind, confronting the bestial, shadowy aspect of one's nature. Overcoming fears, aggression, and primal instincts. Embracing one's shadow and finding liberation. The reverse side of the hero's figure is the bull's skull. Theseus must conquer and find his way out. Sergey Oganov was born in 1974 in the family of the famous Belarusian sculptor Lev Oganov. Sergey began his first steps in the world of art while still being a schoolboy, helping his father in the workshop. Graduated from the Academy of Arts named after I. E.
