This is an exceptional 19th-century English Victorian Majolica cheese bell and matching underplate, modeled by the legendary Mintons factory of Staffordshire.

Minton was one of the most important English manufactories of majolica and porcelain, created in 1793 by Thomas Minton in the Staffordshire.
