Late 20th-century gown and shawl crafted of black taffeta, netting and multicolor sequins, an eye-catching combination of elements. The shaped bodice, is covered with vertical rows of black sequins which are embellished with red, blue, yellow, and green sequin motifs scattered throughout. Above the bodice, a black net top with round neckline continues to long sleeves, and features scattered C-shapes throughout.
