19th century cast iron door stop by the Baldwin Foundry Needless to say a heavy piece which though worn with age still retains some of its original gilded finish At the top there is an acorn, and the base is in the form of woodland fruits and nuts The stop is 16” high, 6” wide and 2.5” deep TGB240.
