About the Item

Spectacular Black Forest styled cast iron log hiting post C 1850 possibly German or French. Totally complete and not cracked or broken anywhere. Was just freshly dug out of its last occupancy in Lancaster pa. Beautiful casting as the craftsmanship was right on target. Two loops at the top of the post for tying up your animal.
