An original Georgian pine dog leg fireplace in the neoclassical style, circa 1780. Crafted at the hand of a talented 18th century artisan, this beautiful antique fire surround offers classical Georgian styling for a 21st century property seeking period style. Elegantly designed, the shaped frieze is ornately carved with an abundance of scrolling foliage decoration between floral moulding and further complementary carved moulding around the dog leg opening. A stripped finish allows for bespoke finishing in paint, stain or wax as desired for your interior project.
