Eye-catching hand blown Murano Sommerso pink and opalescent white glass flower bowl with folded rim. Design Attributed to Archimede Seguso for the Seguso Factory. Italy, 1950s. This stunning geode shaped decorative bowl was manufactured in pink glass over opaline glass in the Alabastro design cased into clear glass using the Sommerso technique. Lovely to be used as rings bowl, decorative bowl, vide-poche or candy bowl. Also interesting to be used as ashtray. Good size. Great gift idea!
