Bowl or centerpiece, Elephants. Glass. Nachtmann, Germany, 20th century. Bowl-shaped centerpiece made of glass that presents a decoration of elephants in a row and curved edges in one area of the piece. Natchmann (FX Nachtmann Bleikristallwerke GmbH) is a still active fine glassware factory founded in 1834 by Michael Nachtmann in Unterhütte, Oberpfalz (Bavaria, Germany). In 2004 it was absorbed by Riedel, who has continued with the firm and its name. · Size: 22x22x17 cms
