About the Item

French 19th century (or earlier) forged iron carrier for a taper candle in the middle and three small cages to hold glasses for wine or cider. Extending from the rods at the top is a flat handle to safely lift this metal contraption and set it out on a table. The simplicity of the form is part of the intrigue (removed from its original context), the piece could be adapted to many new uses around the home. We believe this item to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos. Please view the detailed image gallery for the current condition and message us with any questions. Each cup holder measures 2 ½” H x 2 ⅜” D
