About the Item

Pair of large early 20th century candlesticks circa 1920. Good quality pair of hand carved candlesticks made from beech, very much in the gothic taste. 2 inch wide cup, twisted stem with bulbous acanthus leaf detail, standing on a round plinth base. Minor surface marks to woodwork. Slight difference in tonal colour to each piece.
