Montblanc Black Resin Rollerball and Fountain Pen Set With 14ct Gold Nibs & Presentation Box & Papers, Leather Montblanc Pen Holder 1980's Made & marked as W. Germany on both pens. With International guarantee booklet UK version. Created in defiance of convention, the original Meisterstück was introduced by the pioneers of Montblanc in 1924. Rightfully regarded as a German masterpiece, this exquisitely crafted writing instrument has proven a spectacular success ever since. Montblanc pens were produced in West Germany (or marked with "W. Germany") during the period from the early 1980s to German reunification in 1990. This marking was used on the clip ring, often alongside a serial number, during that time. After reunification, the "W." was dropped, and the pens were marked simply as "Germany". 2025 MB 2
