About the Item

Dutch small silver photo frame, 1865 A Dutch small standing silver photo frame in mirror image, 1865. Many existing silver objects, such as a CAP closure or a bracket from an embroidered sac, etc. were later made into a photo frame. This Silver is dated with the year letter F of 1865. A part of the Dutch silver hallmark lion 2 has faded, as is the Silver Smith's mark. It may be Jacobus Johannus Lazonder, Schoonhoven (1857-1880). Minerva Head (office) Hall Marked (office letter is faded) The measurements are: 6.6 cm high, 9.2 cm wide and the depth is 5 cm The weight is 65 grams.
