Studio RENS – Glass Ensemble Designed by Studio RENS and handmade in the Netherlands, the Glass Ensemble explores colour, material transformation, and circular design. Created from recycled glass, each piece is individually crafted and finished by hand, resulting in subtle variations in tone, transparency, and surface that make every example unique. Studio RENS is known for its experimental approach to colour research and material innovation, often working with reclaimed materials to create contemporary collectible design objects. In the Glass Ensemble series, layers of coloured glass interact with light to create depth and shifting reflections, giving the piece a sculptural presence whether used functionally or displayed as an object. Due to the handmade nature of the production process and the use of recycled materials, slight variations and imperfections may occur and are considered part of the character and authenticity of the work.
