About the Item

Large bronze (0.68m) with a medallic patina ‘La pensée’, signed H.GREBER, foundry stamp Thiébaut frères. A student of Antonin Mercié at the Beaux-Arts, he was part of a dynasty of ceramists, sculptors and medallists whose works can be found throughout France.
