About the Item

In this listing you will find a striking monumental decorative glass bottle produced in Italy during the Art Deco period, circa 1920s. Exceptionally tall at 112 cm, the piece is executed in pale aqua mold-blown glass and combines functional form with sculptural elegance. The elongated cylindrical neck rises from a beautifully modeled figural body depicting a stylized female dancer. The simplified facial features, graceful drapery and elongated proportions embody the refined geometric aesthetic of the Italian Art Deco movement, creating a sculptural silhouette that is both elegant and highly decorative. Its subtle green tint, characteristic of early soda-lime glass, together with the organic irregularities and delicate bubbles formed during production, enhance its handcrafted appeal.
