A signed 'ceremonial' incense burner in hand-edged brass. Decorated with Komainu Japanese for Foo dog/lion to both sides. It also has a handle typical for examples used in ceremonial practices. Un-identified signature to its base in Japanese lettering. Presumably Early Shova period - mid 1920s. Measurements: H: 7/11 cm, Diameter: 8/10 cm.
