Hand-crafted Danish Art Nouveau flower decorated vases by West in 1927 for P. Ipsens Enke 1920s handcrafted Danish art nouveau parrot decorated vases by P. Ipsens Enke The art nouveau vases were designed by West in 1927 and feature very well made lively parrot with branches and leafs are in very good condition. P. Ipsens Enke (1843 - 1955) was a very succesfull Danish company that especially during the first part of the 1900´s managed to attract several leading names in Danish design who worked for the manufactorer who exported their pieces to many countries. Over the years, the manufactorers creations acquired 56 first-class international prizes and are represented in many public institutions among them Neue Pinakothek in Munich, the National Museum in Stockholm, the Los Angeles Museum in California, Cleveland and the Brooklyn Museums, the Carnegie Institute in Pittsburgh, the National Museum of Finland in Helsinki, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Museum of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Les Amis des Musees de la ville de Mons, Brussels, the National Arts Club in New York and the Latvian National History Museum in Riga.
