About the Item

Lutken grouping of 3 blown glass vessels for the Danish firm Holmegaard from the late 1950s. The larger vase in Majgrön (May Green), the middle size in Safir (Safire) and the squat one in Gray. They all are engraved on the bottom with Per Lutken’s intials and the numbering dates them around 1958. These lovely soft colors would create an elegant accent anywhere in your home. Per Lutken was a very gifted glass blower and designed approximaety 3,000 pieces in his long career with Holmegaard. Lutken worked for Homegaard from 1942 through 1998. Measurements: Olive – 8 1/4 inches high x 5 inches diameter in center Safire – 6 7/8 inches high x 5 1/2 inches diameter at center Gray – 4 1/4 inches high x 4 1/2 inches diameter. Markings: Majgron- Holmegaard – PL – 18160 – Safir – Holmegaard – PL – 18161 – Grå – Holmegaard – PL – 18956.
