A Norwegian Scandinavian Modern period cheese slicer after inventor Thor Bjørklund, circa mid-20th century, Norway. The cheese slicer is a Norwegian invention by Thor Bjørklund. Piece both beautiful and functional is in the design style of the inventor/designer. Marked 'Norway' as shown in last image, image #11. Piece is stainless steel with a teak brown wood handle. A great piece for any kitchen, entertaining, etc. Very good condition as shown in images.
