It measures 14 2/3'' in height by 9 1/2'' from handle to spout by 7 1/2'' in depth, weighs 39.2 ozt, and bears hallmarks as shown. Originally in Massachusetts, Whiting Manufacturing Company relocated to New York in 1875. The company was purchased by Gorham in 1924 and the production transferred to Providence, Rhode Island.
