Gorgeous Jug or Pitcher with Bird Sea Landscape Decor and Faux Log Handle, Glazed Ceramic, Hand-painted. France, 1930-1940. Decorate a tabletop with this colorful antique Majolica ceramic pitcher. This stunning ceramic jug is finely sculpted feauturing naturalistic high relief motifs. On a white background with geometric decorations a seabird catches the scene. It is surrounded by a colorful foliage decoration and the blue see on the back. A geometric pattern in brown color decorating the top. It is further embellished with a faux tree trunk handle. The landscape composition is very well depicted and beautifully detailed. This eye-catching birds jug vase will be a nice addition to your kitchen or dining area.
