About the Item

A pair of antique three-piece entrée servers and food warmers, crafted in Sheffield, England. Dating to the late Victorian or Edwardian era, this elegant pair embodies the opulence and refined craftsmanship of its time. The silver-plated body features a striking scalloped and fluted design, perched on four ornate scrolled feet. The domed lid is hand-engraved with floral and foliate motifs, showcasing an intricately detailed Rococo Revival-style handle adorned with acanthus leaves and scrollwork. Ingeniously designed, the handle is removable, allowing the lid to be inverted and used as an additional serving tray—uniting form and function. The lid’s front and back are further embellished with delicately engraved bird motifs, adding a layer of classic charm and visual intrigue. Complete with a fitted interior liner and a warming stand, the servers are as practical as they are beautiful—perfect for presenting and keeping food warm during formal dinners, holiday gatherings, or buffet service. Whether displayed as a collector’s piece or used for special occasions, this pair brings historical grandeur and enduring elegance to any setting. Dimensions: 7" H x 13.5" W x 10" D
