About the Item

A superb Richard Ginori “Acquarelli” porcelain tea service, comprising a teapot, covered sugar bowl and milk jug, each decorated with charming architectural and landscape motifs. The crisp white porcelain provides an elegant backdrop for the delicately rendered illustrations, executed in a light, watercolour-inspired palette of greens, blues, ochres and burgundy. Fine burgundy edging provides a subtle finishing detail and unifies the three pieces. The Acquarelli pattern reflects Richard Ginori’s distinctive combination of traditional Italian porcelain craftsmanship with playful, painterly decoration. The finely drawn architectural scenes give the service an appealing graphic quality while retaining the refinement associated with the historic Florentine manufacturer. A beautifully presented three-piece service, equally suited to use, display or a collection of Italian designer porcelain. Dimensions: Teapot: 23 cm W x 15 cm H Sugar bowl: 9.8 cm W x 8.8 cm H Milk jug: 10 cm W x 10.5 cm H Condition: Excellent original condition. We ship tracked, worldwide.
