About the Item

Antique Sheffield Finely Chased Baluster Form Tea Pot Late 18th c. Raised on a bead bordered circular foot. The body is part chased with embossed, tapered flutes headed by an engraved apron. The short spout with embossed tapered flutes a beadwork border and footed with an acanthus leaf. The hinged top with beadwork border headed by embossed, tapered fluting and a circular finial. With a wooden scrolled handle and leaf embossed anchor. For more than 30 years, N.P.
