An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Georgian English sterling silver lady's goblet; an addition to our 18th century wine and drinks related silverware collection. This exceptional antique Georgian sterling silver goblet has a plain circular bell shaped form to a circular, waisted pedestal foot. The body of this antique silver lady's goblet is plain and unembellished. Such smaller lady's examples are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. Condition This antique 18th century goblet is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the rim of the foot are very clear. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this piece of antique Georgian silverware. An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver goblet; an addition to our collection of wine and drinks related silverware This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver goblet has a circular bell shaped form onto a knopped stem and circular spreading foot. The body of this 1870s silver goblet is embellished with bright cut engraved foliate festoons accented with pensile leaf drops; these vertical designs form four cartouches. The cartouche to one side bears a bright cut engraved fruit design; the further three remain vacant. The knopped stem is encircled with a plain moulded border to the centre. The foot is ornamented with further bright cut engraved overlapping arch designs, accented with an applied bead decorated border to the rim. Condition This antique 1870s silver goblet is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The goblet has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition. The bright cut engraved decoration is very crisp and the applied ornamentation is very sharp. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the goblet are all very clear.
