It features the historic inscription "Berkel & Parnall's Slicing Machine - Ponders End - Manufacturing Co Ltd - London - End" engraved on the flywheel, attesting to its originality and provenance from one of Berkel's most prestigious productions. Main Features: Historical and Rare Model: Berkel's Model 23, produced between 1928 and 1936, a collector's item for true connoisseurs.
