A stunning Mud Cloth from the Dogon people of Mali. Wiven from hand spun cotton and all natural dyes . Circa 1950's in very good condition. This textile would have been worn ar Wwddings and births the comolec geometric design represents the heavens in Dogon Mythology. The piecw would make an exotic bed cover or an interesting wall hanging.
