Suspended by adjustable steel wires with a chrome canopy and transparent cord, it combines durability with refined elegance. Inspired by architectural arches, it delivers precise, balanced lighting in a compact sculptural form. Ideal for kitchen islands, dining areas, or modern living spaces. - Founded in 2017 in Gothenburg, Sweden, Oblure is a contemporary lighting brand rooted in Scandinavian design principles of simplicity, minimalism, and functionality. The company was established by designer Markus Johansson, whose 2011 thesis project Cirrata became the brand’s first iconic piece and entrepreneur Erik Möller. Oblure quickly gained international attention after debuting at Maison & Objet in Paris, followed by exhibitions at major design events such as Stockholm Furniture Fair and Milano Design Week. The brand is known for creating bold, artistic lighting fixtures that balance innovation with craftsmanship, often through collaborations with international designers.
