About the Item

Italian Murano glass multi-light grand chandelier crafted during the two thousands showcases exuberant, playful Venetian Baroque revival lighting design by Giovanni Dalla Fina. Handcrafted in Italy, this suspended luminaire features a classic Rezzonico pyramidal structure built around an articulated central baluster column enveloped in fluted cups, spherical knops, and an optic crown canopy. Radiating outward from the lower basin is an expansive tier of sweeping gooseneck candle arms, intermingled with ascending floral plumes, curling leaves, and pastoral crooks (pastorali) dangling delicate bell drops. Master glassmaker Giovanni Dalla Fina mouth-blew and hot-sculpted each modular element using traditional furnace techniques, contrasting high-clarity Venetian crystal (cristallo) with an energetic candy-pastel palette. The upward-curving arms and central baluster sections are worked with pronounced optic fluting (costolature) and accented with applied striped bands in bubblegum pink, cerulean blue, and vibrant lime green. Layered multi-petal blossoms (fiori) in cobalt, fuchsia, turquoise, and canary yellow are pinned throughout the armature, while ruffled bobeche cups are edged in crimped candy-pink trims. When lit by internal candelabra sockets, the chandelier fractures light through its fluted glass and colored accents, casting a joyful dance of jewel-toned refractions, sparkling highlights, and intricate floral shadows across grand ceilings and walls. Elevate any luxury dining room salon, grand entryway foyer, whimsical master suite, or prestigious contemporary Italian decorative lighting collection with this authentic twenty-first-century Giovanni Dalla Fina chandelier. Ideal as a theatrical overhead statement that marries historic Venetian palace grandeur with vibrant modern color theory, this Italian creation unites centuries of lagoon furnace mastery with celebratory poise. Add this rare multicolor floral Rezzonico chandelier to your lighting collection today.
