Marvelous Mid-Century French Riviera style pendant made from a gorgeous combination of curved rattan, bamboo, and hand-woven wicker. This pendant is attributed to Louis Sognot and was produced in France during the 1960s. In amazing condition and with a charming honey-toned color. A great example of Mid-Century craftsmanship, where bamboo, rattan, and wicker are perfectly blended and shaped into a sinuous design. The chandelier is designed in the form of a pagoda and is completed by an adjustable chain in curved rattan. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and tested, is compatible with US and EU/UK standards, and uses a single E26/E27 light bulb.
