Used once in a photo shoot, then the wall sconce is taken back to our production unit and is re-sprayed/ fully re-conditioned and re-wired by our production team, so it is literally AS NEW. We offer at a discounted price because it has been installed once on the wall; after photographing it is taken the back into our production unit, where we sand out any blemishes that may have arisen in handling, re-spray, re-condition and re-wire - ready for shipping as good as new. This wall sconce is wired for the US market, using UL listed components, but the light fitting is not UL listed - this can be done in the US if necessary, by the buyer.
