About the Item

High-quality solid swing arm wall lamp in Maison Jansen style, France, 1960s. Precise craftsmanship made of hand-forged polished brass with off-white linen shade. This wall sconce is design rarity from the 1960s that are no longer manufacted. The swivel arm system enables variable width and depth adjustments. It takes one E27 screw light bulb up to 60watt. LED bulbs can also be used. Condition: In technically and optically excellent vintage condition, the lamp shade and wiring cord have been replaced. Measures: Max projection to the wall 22"and 8" when closed (56 - 20 cm), variable adjustable settings in between - please also see pictures. Height: 16.50" (42 cm). Shade: Height 9.50" / Diameter 6.25" (24 cm x 16 cm).
