About the Item

A pair of French Art Deco wall sconces by the French artist Degue is in excellent condition. Molded clear frosted glass shades decorated with geometric and floral motifs. Each shade is marked DEGUE mounted in polished nickeled bronze frames. Sconces have been re-plated in nickel and rewired for U.S. standards. Each sconce accommodates two candelabra bulbs (total of 120 Watt max). Re-plating in different finishes upon request at additional cost. We are the rare source that specializes exclusively in French Art Deco for over three decades, since 1991 with restoration, repair and plaiting for any lighting period located in Long Island City, N.Y.
