About the Item

Table lamp by Einar Johansen for Søholm Stentøj, Denmark, circa 1960s. The neck is unglazed and shows the warm sand colored glaze. The body is decorated with an embossed fish scales covered by shiny glaze in brown with blue elements. Included is a new lamp shade designed and made in Denmark. It is made of woven fabric with some texture and it is natural white. It has a top cover so it will spread a cosy light downwards. The lamp is fully marked on bottom. It´s a factory first edition in very good vintage condition. Measurements Height including lamp shade (as shown in photos): 47 cm (18.50") (height can be adjusted) Height with socket: 32,8 cm (12.91") Height ceramic part only (without socket): 25 cm (9.84") Diameter lamp base: 112,8 cm (5.04") Diameter lamp shade: 28 cm (11.02") Lightbulb: For type E26/E27 Edison screw-fitting. The lamp is made for Scandinavian outlet. If you use other plugs in your country you can either use an adapter or exchange it with a plug used in your country.
