FABULOUS! WOOD, PERSPEX & BRASS GEOMETRIC TABLE LAMP IN THE STYLE OF GIO PONTI, CIRCA 1960s Dimensions: Approximately 28" tall by 16" deep and 16" wide This extremely rare Italian table lamp is a fine example of a design aesthetic which adores geometric design and blending contrasts in a supremely elegant manner! A pyramid has brass carefully wrapped around it in triangular shape! It contrasts with the cream surfaces of the pyramid in a splendid visual delight! Body is wood covered by some early synthetic and then brass. A square pyramid linen shade crowns this lighting edifice! This lamp is rare indeed. Only a very small number were produced and even fewer survive. In very fine vintage condition. Brass and wood is still in very fine condition after over half a century! Lamp works as it should and displays marvelously! A superb decor and illumination addition to your NY penthouse, Palm Springs atomic ranch or West Palm Beach estate!
