About the Item

This dramatic pair of table lamps were realized in Murano, Italy the islands off the coast of Venice that have been renowned for centuries for their superlative glass production. They feature three orbital forms with horizontal striations executed in translucent glass with an abundance of 24-karat yellow gold flecks, imbuing them with a subtle radiance. These spherical forms are separated by bands in matching glass. With their sophisticated palate and austere modernist forms, these lamps are as versatile as they are aesthetically pleasing, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. They have been fitted with custom shades. Excellent condition, Italy, 21st century. Dimensions: 30.5" height x 7.75" diameter. 18" diameter (with shades).
