Rare MCM Empoli Butterscotch Ribbed Cased Murano Glass Table Lamp, circa 1960s. The gorgeous lamp sits on a bronze colored base with all working original wiring. The Lamp does not include a shade or harp, is in good vintage condition with no cracks or chips and measures approximately 26"H (at the top of the bulb socket) x 7"D (at the bottom base). Truly a rare Italian beauty! #9034 This Mid-Century Modern Murano cased glass table lamp features a distinctive ribbed or optic swirl design. Its butterscotch or amber color is characteristic of glass produced in the Empoli region of Italy, known for its colored glass artistry during that period. The design exhibits a ribbed or optic swirl pattern on the hand-blown cased glass, showcasing the elegance of mid-century Italian design. Although this vintage piece has original working wiring, while functional, it might be a good idea to consider re-wiring for long term safety.
