About the Item

With a magic wand, we couldn't create a more perfect drum shade to compliment this lamp. Similar in style to the works of Warren Platner, architectural spires of metal wire reach upward to shape an obelisk cone. From its neck, more spires kaleidoscope outward to form a small cage that hugs the drum shade in place. The white shade diffuses nicely with an ambient amber glow. Excellent overall vintage condition. Light socket and chain-pull function properly. Drum shade has no damage. Fresh application of matte black paint and clear-coat on wire frame.
