About the Item

1930s American star pointed midnight blue glass mirror with round beveled glass silver mirror applied on center with four chromed cap fittings, clipped to thin wood back. Most likely Tufflex glass, then a division of Libbey Owens Ford and used by architects such as Walter Dorwin Teague. Some minor oxidation to the blue mirror but more noticeable spotting to silvering of central round mirror. Blue is 28 inches diameter. Round silver is 16 inches diameter.
