Antique Victorian paisley shawl - fine hand woven pattern with solid black center - fine black fringe to two ends - self woven edges on the other sides - unsigned - circa 1850's. Good antique condition - a few holes scattered throughout (see photographs) - fringe thinning/loss - minor fading to the black center - minor repair/restoration (one area in the center). Size/dimensions - Medium - 70" (178 cm.) Square.
