The pattern reflects the traditional Tabriz style, with an all-over lattice of palmettes, leaves, and floral medallions in coral, gold, and slate blue set against a soft ivory field, framed by a scalloped border with matching floral details. The rug is made from 100% wool pile and constructed using the hand-knotted technique, a labor-intensive process that produces a dense, durable, and long-lasting rug. Hand-knotted construction also means each piece has its own individual character, as no two hand-knotted rugs are exactly alike.
