A warm 4x10 distressed style rug from our Homage Collection, inspired by the passionate works of a bold Turkish designer in mid century modern aesthetics. The all over floral pattern enjoys the warmth of gorgeous red, beige, gold & chocolate brown shades further complementing the shabby chic vibe. Hand-knotted in low-pile wool, a soulful piece reimagined in our own modern, an easy-to-maintain, comfortable wash achieving this distressed texture. Connoisseurs may note an east-meets-west influence in this particular design, particularly a subtle marriage of Oriental florals and Turkish Deco styles. The marriage of sensibilities is exemplary among the inspiring works of this artist, especially known for their diversity of influence and individuality in atelier circles.
