About the Item

A five column all-over pattern of particularly ragged fat palmettes and gnarled leaf lozenges decorates the abrashed light redfield of this all-wool west Anatolian antique. Creamy straw narrow main border of yellow-accented stars and simple flowers on a geometric Meander. Coarse weave on wool foundation. Good condition. Western Anatolian workshop carpet.
