About the Item

Rare armchair designed by Guglielmo Veronesi for Lenzi in 1954. Molded poplar wood frame, Skai upholstery, Pirelli foam rubber, straps, metal springs, die-cast brass feet. Good condition, original coating, signs of time. After graduating in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic, Veronesi began his career working in several design studios in Milan. His artistic talent and innovative approach soon attracted the attention of the design industry. Over the years, Veronesi has created a wide range of products, from furniture to lighting, from decorative objects to fashion accessories. His style was characterized by clean lines, geometric shapes, and the skillful use of modern materials such as metal, plastic, and glass. The influence of Veronesi has expanded beyond Italy, and his projects have been widely recognized internationally.
