Pair of “Modello Depositato” Folding Chairs, Italy, 1960s–1970s A striking pair of Italian folding chairs from the 1960s–1970s, marked “Modello Depositato.” The chairs feature a sleek chromed tubular steel frame combined with brown acrylic seats and backrests, creating an elegant contrast between the reflective metal and the warm translucent acrylic. With their clean lines and practical folding construction, these chairs are a fine example of Italian modernist design. Lightweight yet sturdy, they can be used as dining chairs, occasional seating, or decorative accent pieces while being easy to store when not in use. Condition Good vintage condition with age-related wear consistent with use and age. The acrylic elements show minor scratches and signs of use, while the chromed tubular steel frames retain a good shine with light wear and patina. The folding mechanisms work smoothly, and both chairs are stable and functional.
