About the Item

This is a rare prototype lounge chair from the Entelechy series, designed by architect John Portman and produced by renowned metal manufacturer Gratz Industries. The chair was later produced by Saporiti-Italia. This was part of the Gratz Industries private collection and came directly from Gratz's facilities. It is upholstered in a light cognac leather with chromed steel frame. Condition is very good to excellent. See photos. The chair measures 27 inches tall, 38 inches wide and 25 inches deep.
